Cadac v Beauclaire BBQs

Hello to all, I have been reading with interest the benefits of a Cadac bbq.

I have the Beauclaire family bbq and as far as I can see the only difference is that mine does not have the gas igniter.

But I do find the grill plate rather heavy when I take it to clean it.

Is it worth the expense in buying the Cadac?

they are much of a muchness, try the weight out before you jump in and change though because nothing for the cadac is very lightweight
