On the quieter but more remote eastern side there is

(1) Milarrochy Bay Camping and Caravan Club site - very pleasant rural situation on Lochside with boat launching facilities.

(2) Balmaha Foresty commission site further along from Milarrochy & not such sophisticated facilities.

On Western side, near to A82 road so good for touring. Luss Camping and Caravan site - lovely situation on Lochside but no boat launching facilities.

Lomond Woods Holiday Park. In Balloch at the southern end of Loch. Not on the lochside but in walking distance and with excellent facilities though more "organised" (!!)and commercial in nature. Supermarket, etc in Balloch. Featured in Alan Rogers Britain And Ireland Guide.

Loch Lomond Holiday Park at Inveruglas is absolutely stunning. Beautiful scenery, good clean site with very helpful wardens. We could literally throw a stone in the loch from our pitch last year. Inveruglas is on the north west side of the loch and is well worth a visit, reasonable rates too. They have a website too but I cant recall its address, you could always google Loch Lomond Holiday Park and I'm sure it would find it.
