Argos do an 18v Challenge drill, (No hammer but its only for the legs) i paid about 30 quid for it and its got 2 batteries.

It whips the legs up and down with ease.

These cheap drills - whether 12v or 18v - will wind up yer steadies, no problem.

But when it comes to putting these new fancy screw-pegs into the ground on a hardstanding.....Hmmmm....

Take your mallet.

Don't be tempted to buy the leading supermarkets Value or Smart Price cordless drills. I bought one of these last year for my steadies and they certainly do not have enough power to complete the job. They lack power and therefore I would certainly recommend paying that little bit extra and going for the more powerful 18v drills.
