This may not be the correct forum but I wonder if anyone else has experienced bookings no longer showing on the "My Bookings" section of the web site and being informed by the club that they have been cancelled.
We have an important booking for the festive period and noticed it was not showing on line, an email and subsequent telephone call on;y brings the response that we had cancelled - certainly not.
The booking was made eleven months ago when the new booking system was in its infancy - perhaps the cause?
