hi all

I have started this post as it seems that it is the only option I have available and is the only way the site will let me on. as I now seem to be locked out of the thread below.

I asked the question is there a problem with the site well either all the mods and administrator are on holiday or something is wrong and no ones saying, guess I must have upset somebody.

during the last few weeks I have had problems posting, this has got worse in the last week or so first I was locked out of certain threads but not others, then I was locked out of the threads that I had contributed to, now I am locked out of all threads unless starting a new one.

this situation is becoming intolerable and very frustrating and I cannot seem to get any answers :- I have tried different modems, and different computers, even tried the one at work, it is just the same all that comes up when trying to post is the "your message has been submitted" box the problem has to be at the site end or in the tools box either way it not working??

I would like to say at this point that I have enjoyed being part of the forum and my many rounds of sparring with some of the old regulars, and the transfer of information to and fro a pleasure.

however if this problem cannot be resolved this may very well be my last ever post on this site if it gets sorted I will post later if not then it's goodbye.

if anyone with the tools would care at some point to inform me what is wrong I would be grateful you can sent an e-mail if you don't want to answer this post on line.......

Colin, I haven't a clue what the problem is, but don't leave us, mate. Who would the old Goat have left to spar with? Colin(Bridgend) and I are too close to him. It would be easy for him to send his men-at-arms over the border to attack us, but you are far enough away to be safe!

Sorry, Colin, I know it was a serious post, but stick with it .

Emmerson - I second your point of concern and agree with the contents even down to the "Old Goat".

Colin - Yorkshire,

Now that LB has a new laptop wireless computer he may be transmitting on a new freqency to block your inputs ,you will need to borrow a Enigma machine to find out what he is up to.

Whilst he was in suffolk we noticed a lot unusual interference, on our short wave radio..

Hello Colin,

I hope you read this, or are able to read it.

I have had communication from Haymarket about your inability to post and seemingly being locked out of the site.

We can find no reason for this at the present time.

I am wondering if your computer has some kind of filter or similar which is stopping you.

hi damian

thank you for your reply however it seems the problem still persists last night I managed to post 2 replies on the forum with the aid of a 20year old laptop that should have been consigned to the dustbin years ago and a 1p a min dialup.

this morning I am locked out again on both machines however some threads are still open like this one, for now anyway?? I do not have any answers as none of my other forums or emails are affected and also the m/c at work also seems affected by the bug as I cannot post on here with it either.
