car & caravan breakdown protection cover

I need to find the best reccommended breakdown cover for both UK&europe .Preferably an annual cover CC & CC&C both use different operators for UK & for Europe which works out expensive albet very good cover I'v just found out that green flag who I have been with have a van lenght restriction of 21 feet & mine is 23Ft

I've used them for years. I recently discovered that the RAC cover provided on my new car wouldn't cover the caravan due it's length. Lucky I didn't breakdown last year - phew. I now have 2 cars, and 3 drivers covered for

Tony if you are a member of the C&CC the RAC Arrivals package has no length or weight restriction for caravan breakdown cover. They also cover Europe but when we went to France we had to pay a little extra for the duration of our visit abroad. I have been a member for a few years and so far not had call to use them. However I was a member of the Green Flag and when changing I asked about the restrictions and was informed in writing that as a member of the club there are no restrictions. The AA and Green Flag will relay you but there will be a surcharge for the use of a larger vehicle.
