Hi all posted this on the Club Togeather with limited feedback so I thought I would try here.

I have a Pegasus 534 and have had a problem with the alarm, on certain sites it has a habit of going off for no reason (when set). This has happened at Daleacres (2 different visits) and Chatsworth, but has been ok on other sites here and abroad. The only common thing I have noticed is that all occasions I have been sited near to WI FI transmitters.
If anybody else has had the above or similar problems or knows what the issue is can you please add to this post.

Hi
Had a similar problem with my Senator S6, when you set the alarm on site it would go off, could not work out the problem as this did not happen in storage. What we found was if the heater had been on directly oppersite the sensor the alarm would go off when it was armed, this was not immediate, but a couple of minutes later. We now make sure that the heater is not on or has just been on giving off a radiant heat and no problems since

Thanks, Von Ryan. We have had no problems on other sites with the heater as we tend to leave this running in the winter, the same with the roof vents open. The recent problem at Daleacres the heater was not on.

We had the same problem but in cold weather temp down to -6 and the Alarm went off early morning if your alarm is a Sargent model you can ring them and they will give you a free wire to fix the problem, But they do say in the handbook the alarm can go off when it very warm in the van at 30 degree and over,
What I done is put a cut out cardboard to be fitted in the sky light Bathroom/kitchen/Living area, Trevor123
