Hello There,

We are just wondering how often do we need to charge our 12volt battery on our van, when not in use? We are not sure and at present leave it plugged in to our home constanatly,and i am sure we do not have to do this. Many Thanks Craig
 
When not being used once a month should be enough, try not to leave it on a cold surface.

I have a reminder on the PC which pops up every month at the same time, if I have not used/changed the battery in that period I will put it on charge and then postpone the reminder for 2 hours.

When it comes up again I turn the charger off, I also use a voltmeter to check charge voltage has reached 14-15V.
