When you say your blinds are sticking. Is it when you pull the down at night and you go to let them up in the morning? If so.

There are screws on the side at the top for you to tern to put more tension on them so they will go up.

Sorry I cannot say if you tern them clock wises or ante clock wises. Becase I can not think which way it is.

Hi if you are having trouble in your blinds not fully retacting up it may be ? [do you have the blinds down when the van is not in use ?]in that case the springs have been weekened by contantly being in tension .I cured this by fitting white cardboard ,cut to fit in the windows .By the way thanks for the info on adjusting the tension on the blinds Coljac
