Caravan Club - Useful information but far too late

Had a bit of a sat-nav incident on our recent trip to Devon whereby I followed the sat-nav and got in a very tricky and very nearly costly incident getting my caravan up a very steep hill... my question is when you book a site why dont they send you there brochure there and then rather than wait until you arrive on site.

The brochure I was given on arrival was particuarly useful in pointing out that i should not attempt to arrive at the site the way I had.

the site directions are in the handbook , or you can find them on there website , dont ever take tom tom as gospel

We had that a few years ago going to St. Austel -from South to West -
country - Sat Nav was trying to get us to go through city centres -
tiny narrow roads and even dead end roads - so now we (or should I say I)
now always use route demo and check with Map before setting out.
