Caravan Covers

Having caravanned for years and years .....and years, I have never needed a cover, but now I forced to park the van in the drive under my neighbours trees which I have cut back to my fence.
I think now is the time for a cover.
Would the forum like to give me the latest information and pros and cons on such a purchase, do they scratch the van/windows etc?

It depends on what type of cover you need.
If you primarily want to protect the roof then buy a roof cover.
If the trees are very near and you need to protect the side of your van then you need a full cover.
This is where the decision becomes complicated, do you buy a generic cover or a made to measure.
With all covers to avoid them damaging your van you need to clean the van thoroughly before fitting.
