Caravan curtains

Hello

I'm trying to remove my caravan curtains, they have the plastic popper strip sewn into them, which in turn is slotted into the rail.

My questions you s do they just pull out of the rail (don't want to break them) there's no room at the end of the rail as it's tight to the side. Or is it a case of unscrewing the rail and sliding them off the end.

All the best

I don't know about yours but mine just pop out of the U-shaped track. My four front curtains have a track at the top and the bottom, whilst the side ones just have the track along the top edge. A few years ago I took down the side ones and washed them - although they have a label attached saying to dry-clean only. They washed and ironed ok but they shrank by about an inch. I thought it best to get the front ones dry-cleaned. They didn't shrink! When they are refitted, the little ball-shape on the tapes just snaps back into the track.

Thanks for your reply jaydug.

Yes mine are the same on the front with the you shaped track top and bottom.

I'll give it another try.

Thanks for your help

My curtains have shrunk or the sun got at them , several of the poppets keep coming out. I raised the track which helped but one curtain will not stay in.
