Maybe it is helpful to those new to caravanning and those or not aware of basic mechanical lever effects, see-saws. Few I suspect don't find that aspect obvious.
However, he only addresses weight changing on balance and IMO critically misses out the effect of mass distribution and that's serious impact on inertia.
This has a very dramatic effect on stability and is the major worry rather than simply balancing a van, the latter can be achieved but with it bring dire consequences on stability.
