hi could anybody advise me on which caravan mover i should go for on twin wheeled hobby caravan with a 2000kg weight

It has to be a Powrtouch Liam. Cannot fault the product or the service!

If you want the manoeverabilty of a single axle caravan it has to be Reich, they are the lightest too, but pricey.
