caravan panel small bubbles

hi ive got a avondale and noticed at the weekend that the back side panel has got small bubbles,on it been told its osmosis aluminium rot but no damp at all in the van anyone any idea what to do or how to cure it only got about 10 small bubbles on it hard to c unless u look realy close
 
beneath each bubble is a pin hole. Much like on a car each bubble is a hole(although this is ferrous). Either water behind the panel or pinhole in paint. What year is the Avondale?
