Just received the following letter from the owner of our caravan storage:
"There has been a new European Directive about putting rat and mouse bait out in the open. For many years, I have had a firm to monitor and do rodent control around the caravan storage area, but unfortunately I cannot do this anymore as it is deemed illegal. You are only allowed to control them with poisonous bait if it is done within a building. So, particularly if you have holes drilled through the floor of your caravan, check they are vermin proof and be aware there will be a greater threat if there is a cold winter, when mice move to warmer shelter places, like under a caravan!"
Hey Ho!
