Hi i have just been quoted

HI i have just been quoted £200 pounds for a new double glazed front window it is one of the front lanterns The van is a bailey bordeoux. We were travelling home from cornwall and must have picked up a stone chip ,which has impacted and left a typical shatter and crack but has not holed the unit.the crack is 2 inches long

Iwonder if any one can sugest a siutable repare. The impact is within the dark edged margin aroundthe edge of the window

I know that Auto Glass can repare stone chips on windscreens but im not sure about plastic DG units ?. Coljac

it is possible to stop the crack from running, by drilling a small hole with a drill(be careful not to pierce through other side)on either side of the crack o------o

if it needs be and water is getting in you can fill crack with araldite
