help? does anone know the law on parking a caravan out side your house .we have parked our caravan at the rear which is a huge car park .we had a letter after a week of parking it there .it is a councul estate !.
 
Denton, you have answered your own question....you have parked it in a CAR PARK, not a caravan storage facility, also, it is on Council Land, therefore, land owned by someone else, and you have parked presumably without asking the Council for permission, which, as it is a Car Park, I guess they would refuse your request.

Its likely there are terms and conditions about what you are allowed to park on your estate. Has someone reported the fact that you store your caravan there.
