We are taking our small caravan to the Vendee in a few weeks time. This is our first time abroad with the caravan. Can anyone give me any advice on driving,electrics anything that I would need to know

Just be warned that in France campsites have a very short open season - many close in mid-September, and if you haven't already found one that is definitely open, then check on opening dates in the areas you're heading for.

Rather late in the year for france and as already mentioned you will need to be careful with opening dates.
