Carver 2 problems

Hi,hope someone can help me with my water heater. It dosent seem to be burning right as all the fins inside the couling are clogged up with sooty deposits and also its giving off fumes.

Also would like to know where I could obtain parts/recon unit,

thanks Alan

I would stop using the heater straight away and a qualified engineer to look at it,this is very important as the fumes could kill you.Kind regards

Roy

Hi Alan,

I agree with Roy that you should stop using it, but as it is a room sealed appliance the fumes will all be outside and should not present any danger to occupants of the caravan.

As removal of the Burner Module breaks a gas seal, this must only be done by a competent person working to the gas regulations.

Gary(of Arc Systems)who post on this forum caries a lot of spares and offers good advice.
