Carver 3000s Gas Heater

Hello I have a problem with my heater not igniting. But was told I cannot buy the parts are they still available

Carver stopped making gas heaters in 1999 so your heater is at least 24 years old. Carvers leisure division was bought by Truma in 1999, and whilst the products of the day worked in virtually the same way and may look very similar unfortunately there are no gas appliance parts that are directly interchangeable.

However there can be other reasons as to why your heater will not work: It may not require any spares.

For you and your families safety you should only attempt to install, repair or remove a gas appliance if you are competent to do so.

As you can imagine its very difficult to diagnose some problems over a forum, and in many cases its easier and much safer to have a qualified fitter check out and repair or replace the appliance
