Carver Fanmaster problem

Please can you help? our carver fanmaster heater doesnt seem to want to blow hot air any more! The light is on the panel and it is on the right settings.

Hi Kay, the probable reason is the Fanmaster as overheated and tripped out, to reset you need to reach over the back of the fire and press the reset switch.
