Cassette Toilets

Hello

Can any one help me out. I am looking to buy a used caravan but want one with a casette toilet.

Which year did caravans start to come out equipped with cassette toilets??

My cousins old 1992 van has one and I think most did by that time.

Anything within the past 10 years should have one for sure.

I think the upmarket vans of the day had them fitted at the end of the 1980's. I remember back in 1994 considering a 1989 Abbey Oxford, and that had one fitted, and looked as though it had been in from new.

We had one in a 1988 Swift Corniche.

If you go for an older caravan without a cassette, you can always have one put in either DIY or professionally. :O)

IF there is room in the toilet compartment. There isn't in many vans so check and be sure.

We used to have a Caravan with a Cassette toilet but we now use a CD toilet instead. We're hoping to upgrade to an MP3 toilet next year.
