CC CL Site recommendation?

Anyone know anything about this CL site please?

Mouse Cottage Nottigham Farm Nottington Weymouth.

Looking to stay for 3-4 nites in mid Sept. I know they have EHU & the blurb says shower facilities, which we do need due to a fault with our shower tray waiting to be fixed.

Any views would be apreciated.

Hi there gooner,

We have been twice to mouse cottage and we love it there are 2 separate toilets and 1 shower cubicle in one of the toilets with plenty of room to get out of the shower to dry off.

There is a microwave a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room along with a kettle and the makings os a cuppa if you want them along with video tapes and books. the site is part sloping and spacious borderded on 1 side by conifer trees and a view over to the paddock where there are a few horses so try not to pitch too nesr to the paddock fence unless you need some stuff for your roses.

The EHU is ample with plent of plug in points and the TV reception is good.

at the top of the road the bus service into Weymouth is very frequent this saves taking your car into the town where the parking prices are very high.

The ferry to Guernsey or Jersey is a good day out although it is quite a long day Dorchester is a pleasant market town with a good market and some of the little coastal towns are very nice

As I said we have been twice 2003 and 2005 and are seriously thinking about the 1100 mile round trip again next year.

The road into the site is quite narrow but manageable.

I'm sure that I read in the cc mag. that it now has a new owner but if it is kept as well as it was you will have a good peaceful holiday.

by the way we are quite jealous its not us.
