Hi Gary

We been to Clummber Park sometime ago staying at Riverside Caravan Park, This year we are going to Clummber Park CC Site, for Christmas, you may have left it too late, but you could ring then, it a great site, plenty of nice walks in the forest good for dogs too, you will need to use your car if you want to travel elsewhere, if you do get booked in, we may see you there, Good Luck Trevor

Clummber Park

It is a good sit been there 4 times in the last 2 years. It can be hard to get in any time of the year has it is a very good sit. It as lots of works & good to ride bicycle & it is good for dog lover has well.

Sherwood Forest is only 8 to 10 miles & Ruffed Abby is the same dictions as well.

Hi, just been reading on another Forum, that there have been a few bikes been stolen from Clumber Park, so please make sure you keep them in the awning, even locks have been cut through, and one was stripped, because they could not free it.

Take a look on the CC site and check out the bookings. I think you will find you are too late for this year! However, you could telephone them and see if they have a cancellation list. Unfortunately, doing it that way you may end up staying home - why not try for another site just in case.

We had one of our bikes stripped at Clumber Park and two days later 5 were stolen off the back of a camper van. Great place, but you really need good security for your bikes
