Dustydog,Hi Jo-anne
I think a CL is a totally different experience from a CC . It is usually the location and surrounding area that make it for me.
Thus if I am in North Devon I will use Collacott Farm near Fremington. 700 feet above sea level. Beautiful views of the River Taw across to Chivenor. There is a toilet, 10 amp electricty and fresh water. The price is breath takingly reasonable.
CC wise , you know I love Buxton's Grinlow, most of the Scottishe ones and certainly Troutbeck head for the walks etc.
In fairness I have only been to two CCs I didn't like and I think it will be unfair to name them here.
Don't forget there are also a number of privately owned sites equally good value for money with excellent facilities eg Polmanter St Ives , River Valley St Austell to name but a few.
I didn't give you much did I? LOL
Cheers

Can't help you there Mathew, Sorry.Dustydog,
Could you recommend any CL's within the South East Wales or Gower areas. I will not tell anyone else, promise!
