centre consul clock

hello all

i have a challenger 570 and cant find any way to alter the centre consul clock,swift group said there was a hole in the cupboard but not in mine there isnt.

Tony l have the Ace Firestar 2008 if you look in the cupboard you will find 4 screws holding a wooden cover, unscrew them remove them, you should then be able to put your hand in and push the clock out from behind, worked for me, be careful to make sure your hands are clean otherwise you will dirty the suede facia.

If the battery is dead l had a bloody hard time sourcing it, used a car accessory shop in the end.

Try leverin it out with the handle end of a teaspoon or broad thin screwdriver inside a cloth/duster

John you can do that but you need to be careful not to mark the suede surround, only take s a min to remove the screws and push it out.

It worked for me but then I didn't know about the screws!
