Hello Eddie,

There are possibly a number of different issues here.

Whilst legally the dealer that sold you the caravan is responsible for ensuring the warranty matters are corrected, as I assume you have taken out the manufactures guarantee you may have the option to have warranty problems resolved by another dealer under the manufactures guarantee.

Read the terms and conditions of your Guarantee, and that may answer your questions. If not write to the manufacturer with a detailed list of the problems and dates, and ask for their advice.

if the original dealer has undertaken repairs and those repairs are still outstanding then another dealer would not be willing to touch them because they would not get paid. if this is the case, the original dealer will have already been paid by swift, and swift would not want to pay twice.

when we are contacted by customers in similar situations we always insist the outstanding repairs or issues are completed first. there is nothing worse than taking over, half way through a shoddy repair. this way you are starting a relationship with a new customer, with a clean slate and no "baggage".
