its really easy to change the details,if you have bought the van privite then the previous owners should have filled in the bottom half of the document and given you the top,all you need to do is fill in the back with your details and post it along with ten pounds which can be a cheque or a postal order.then with in a couple of weeks you should recive your new docs through the post.if you bought the van with no paper work just ring them give the details of the van eg.make model vin number they will ask you to put this in writing and also where you purchased van and again they will send you a new document.telno is 01722411430.

this is not a legal requirement but it will help for when you come to sell the van in the future.hope this is of some help
