Changing from ( Blue bottle) Calor to (red bottle) calor gas

Hi we are new to caravanning. We brought our previous lunar van last year with the red calor gas bottle and connections (all year round usage).
We have now exchanged to a baily van that has the blue coloured cyllinder calor gas bottle ( discription says that its best used during spring and summer months as it can freeze during the autum / winter months).
Is it posible to change to the red coloured cyllinder ? Maybe just changing the connector and bottle ??.
Cheers
Barrie

Is your regulator on the bottle or on the bulkhead?
Bottle - change regulator
bulkhead - change high pressure connector (known as a pigtail)

If your regulator is attached to the butane bottle (blue) with a rubber hose, then yes you can change to red (propane) by buying a propane regulator. Should be around a fiver.

Thank you for your help. Yes the blue regulator connection is attatched to the hose. Thanks il ger the connecter changed to a red (propane) one.
