Changing Front Blind in Bailey Oklahoma

HI all
Any help is appreciated.

Our front black out blind on the middle window in our Bailey Oklahoma 2002 caravan has broken, is there a way we can change this without having to take the complete frame out.

There is a plastic screw on the one side of the blind that pushes in and out and we thought if we unscrewed that then the blind would come out, but we cant seem to get this screw out.

That plastic screw at one end is the tention adjusting screw for the return spring ,I think you will have to take the whole unit down to change the blind
