Only had my luna quasar a couple of months and been away nearly every weekend so far and its been fine with no issues but last weekend when packing up in the morning i went to use movers to hook up to car and they were dead. When i checked the battery was dead but it had been hooked up to mains all weekend. I got home bought a new battery which as been hooked up for three days now. if i checked the voltage while plugged into mains its showing 13.5 but when unplugged it shows 2-3v any suggestions please.

2-3 volts is waay beyond even hopelessly catastrophically dead flat, so probably isnt a true representative, Did you measure the voltage actually AT the battery with a multi-meter? Or use the onboard guage?
Did you mean 12.3 volts which although flat isnt catastrophic.

When it is plugged into the mains, the battery indicator in the van is measuring the electric hook up ( someone will be more precise than this) but it is NOT measuring the battery itself. You can ignore this reading as an indication of battery health.
If this is your new battery and it is dropping as low as 2-3v then you may have an issue with your charger, although if it was fully charged when you arrived on site ( was it?) this is still a fairly catastrophic drop over just 3 days. Folks with more knowledge than me may be able to suggest why a battery would discharge so quickly.

Its the onboard gauge and yes i mean 2v

Reading this thread tells me you have several issues which you need to have addresses. They may be interrelated, but being remote without being able to check things physically the best we can do is guess.

I strongly suggest you need to have the system checked out professionally. There are mobile engineers who can come to you which is obviously the best way.
Check out the Approved Workshop Scheme to fine a local member who can help.

Sounding like the 20A battery fuse again. Look where the battery cable comes into the caravan (often under the front bench seat) and follow the red cable. You'll likely find an 'in line' fuse that's blown.

If this has blown your caravan voltage meter will be measuring the output from your charger (technically a PSU) when on EHU which will be at 13.7v (ish). When not on EHU it should read the battery voltage but won't if the 20A fuse has blown. If it's an analogue gauge you're probably seeing 2-3v as it isn't calibrated properly at the lower end of it's range. Also, with the fuse blown you're battery won't be charging.

If the fuse has blown there are two things to consider.
1. Why did it blow - is there and underlying fault that caused this?
2. Why did the battery go flat with a blown fuse?
Personally I'd change the fuse, put a spare or two in the caravan and see what happens.
