Interesting. They have only just started using their SMART construction process, have they found something wrong or have they really improved on it ?

Seems to me if this is so good they should have announced it at Manchester last week rather than Birmingham, after the Manchester and Glasgow shows. At these shows the sales staff are left with the problem of selling caravans without being able to tell you how they are going to be built. It must have cost them sales unless they let you in on the secret if they think you are going to buy.

On Swift Talk there are a few comments from people who have ordered 2014 caravans thinking that they are buying a caravan with the latest construction methods ie SMART but now find is old hat.
They do not know if the caravan they will receive will be built using SMART or the new SMART HT method.
An interesting question was asked that If the caravan is built using the SMART HT method and they do not like the new method can they reject is as it is not the same caravan that they ordered ?
Some one had the same comment as I had, in as much as is there a problem with the original SMART construction method, but Swift say no problem

Lots of unhappy Swift owners on Swift Talk who are going to the Scottish Show to look at and possibly buy a new Swift and feel let down that the new Swift construction method will not be unveiled until Birmingham.

We will be there and if we want a Swift it appears we will have order there and then wait and see how it will be built. Given the Manchester show was last week they seem to be making a complete hash of the launch and possibly losing sales by leaving it too late.
