With the hassle we had of finding a site for August, due to everything being booked up. i was wondering if anybody knew of any good sites that we could go to during the Xmas break. i have been told that some are fully booked up already, so i think i had better get my butt in gear and get one booked.

we have never been off at this time of year before in our caravan, as it was ok in the summer but for winter, not a chance! (him indoors says, im bloody nesh - i work in a god damn frezzer, so i cant be that bad)

so now i have got heating and everything, we are wanting to go in our caravan instead of old cottages that always end up being haunted!!

it doesnt matter where it is along as its not in the middle of nowhere, with the kids going, IM BORED!!

We have had lots of visitors over the winter breaks. you need to remember that in Suffolk it does not get light in the mornings much before 8.30 and starts to get dark by 3.30pm. Most who stay have a good awning and bring along a gas heater for it (large). All seem to have lots of fun as they usualy are a family group or friends. But supplies of the brown stuff in expensive bottles helps.

as long as we get away from having to do the family party bit

(all sit bored no music on as its 'not as good as our day' and being lectured about 'your not having another drink are you???!!!', yes mum before i fall asleep listening to another relative complaining, yes i know ba, humbug!!)

i dont care if its dark all day lol.

Seriously though,a few i have tried are either shut or booked up, with rallies etc. would be nice if there was something going on locally though to keep the little uns(well big uns now!)happy.

i'll be happy with a drink at night(us women are easliy pleased)

(and at work- local supermarket- they have just had a delivery of xmas stuff in already)
