Chrylser Neon 2.0ltr Petrol

As with most American family saloons, the Neon has quite a low towing limit, which from memory is 1000kgs. You will have to look at older family caravans (pre 1990's) to get something it can legally tow. I also have a funny feeling the automatic version was even lower.
 
Thanks Gary, we've sincefound this out when trying to match it to potential caravans. It is my brothers' car which if he is wanting a family van i thin the only other option would be to change cars
