CL wanted South of M4 corridor with Lake Fishing

I preferred it when the CC catergorised some CL's Pub ones, golf fishing etc but alas.

Can anyone recommend a CL for a fishing break circa 10 to 150 miles from Pompey N/W or E not taking the van into The Channel LOL
 
We are booked into a CL on the Devon/Cornwall border. I believe it is a syndicate who fish the pools but the owners, according to their website, allow users of their CL to fish.
I cannot comment on how good the fishing is because I no longer fish and haven't yet been to the site. Looking at the pics on ..

..it seems nice. I've Google mapped it using the aerial tool and also drove the mile from the A30 using Google streetview and with the exception of the last few hundred yards where the road is narrow the access is good.
From my knowledge from when I did go fishing if a syndicate use the pools they should be good. The lady we spoke to when booking was also very nice.
I must admit I was a bit loathe to post this CL incase it's so good we can't get on in the future

Please bear in mind the site is adults only which was a plus although we booked it because it seems nice for the dogs to have a walk.
