Cleaning around roof vents

Hi all, I have a Lunar Lexon CS and was wondering how people clean around their roof vents?

Due to the position of the vents and the way the main vent opens I can't get all around each vent. I've seen questions asked before but is it ok to walk on the roof to do this and if not how can you clean all round the vents. The only option I can see is removing the vents but how easy is it to do? Some of the handles are spring loaded, will this become a nightmare to put back. Any advice would be appreciated.

On my Hymer they are spring loaded also but, mine has got four screws on top of the outer vent which hold

The top two parts of the vent ( inner & outer cover ) on to the arms, it was very easy to dismantle and clean

Inside / outside & all around the roof area, then just pop the vent back on & fasten the screws back into the arms

Good luck be careful on the ladder / steps, and don't over tighten the screws
