Cleaning Sealant on van

Any one found a decent cleaner/ solution to clean the mastic area's/joints.
This van I have really has deteriorated and all the sealant around the lockers, awning rails, body panels
are really getting to me now with what looks like ingrained mould.
My last van was nowhere near as bad a this one.

I use Fenwicks plus a small brush and it cleans up nicely.

I tried Silky to apply in areas such as around awning rail or in a narrow gap i use a old toothbrush or a soft cloth.
