Cleaning.....

Good morning,

Has anyone any ideas about which products are good for cleaning caravan seating fabric? It’s not for stain removal; just for maintenance cleaning.
Thanks,
Mark.

How about a steam cleaner on a sunny day? Or maybe an upholstery/carpet cleaner using a 'vax' type machine? To freshen up the car upholstery and in the house on spills on furniture ot carpet spot spills i use Vanish Carpet/upholstery spray and a damp cloth. Whatever its worth a good vacuum after and testing a small inconspicuous area first.

Our seats need doing too, I'm thinking hand held steamer and microfiber clothes, worked on my daughters car seats.
The yellow thing i bought has a mopping attachment, on the todo list.

We have only had new upholstery put in our caravan so at present it does not need it but we have some Autoglym Interior Shampoo in stock when needed

Thanks for the advice. As it happens, I bought a hand-held steam cleaner years ago, used it a couple of times and then stuck it under the sink where it’s been ever since. I’ll try it first given that it’s the free-of-charge option...
Cheers,
Mark.
