Co-alignment of North

For the first time ever Grid North, True North and Magnetic North are all co-aligned in Britain. The phenomena made landfall at Langton Matravers in November and is slowly working its way up the country over a 3 1/2 year period. It will graze the west of Cirencester in July. Might take the map and compass to the CMHC site to see it in action. 🙈

Its effect on my gps satnav might be interesting.

I don't think it will have any effect whatsoever. Sat navs work off GPS which is provided by a network of geostationary satellites, and they are not effected by "movement of magnetic North.
