If you are talking about one of the taps micro switches just look on YouTube. But you would expect that all taps won’t fail at the same time.

More info, plus photos might help.

Hi welcome to the forum you say in your post you want to find microswitch if it is that system all taps have them but as has been said would not cause all taps to fail if fuse and pump were OK however if the system works via a pressure switch all taps would fail, the whale pressure switch may be on the back of the water inlet or one like in photo will be between inlet /on board tank if fitted and the first tap

hi john, thanks for your message,
i have uploaded some pictures, from my limited knowledge the equipment flow is
1. whale unit ,
2. then carver/cascade 2 unit
3. then taps..

the caravan has been parked up for 3/4 season now..
so i am working from memory.

but from memory the carver cascade 2 - unit maybe broken.. (the water pipes going into this unit started to leak)
we dont need hot water so i am not too concerned, but i will need to understand where it sits into the circuit, to remove it.

i use to switch on the 12v battery switch and when the tap was switched on, it all just started,
previously i just turned on the carver/cascade 2 switch to get hot water on ...

Of course it could be the pump has failed. Submersible pumps don't like being run dry becasue they rely on the cold water passing through them to cool them. If the barrel runs out of water, the pump cant generate enough pressure to trigger the pressure switch so it just keeps running, and in not very long it will start to over heat, and melt some of its internal seals, allowing water in to the motor the next time its submerged. It wont be long before it stops completely.

We did have this caravan at one time. There is a drop in pump, but cannot remember the make and the Carver system. The pumps are none too reliable and did not last so it may be suspect.
It does sound like the pressure valve shown in the picture by Graylay though. This is by the water inlet in the bed box and turning the nob adjusts the pressure, you just turn it with he pump switched on a see if the pump starts.
If it has not been used for some years faults may have developed, but as long as the heater is not leaking then whether the heating working or not will not affect the water flow.
