Coachman shower riser bar..

Hi, can anybody advise me as to how to remove the riser bar in a new Coachman Pastiche, we have changed the shower head to an EcoCamel shower head. Because the head is slightly larger than the standard factory fitted one the "holder" creeps down with the weight. Im usually very practical but Im struggling to work out how to remove the riser bar from the eleptical backplate and dont want to break anything. I look forward to your replies.
 
Just had to this on my Adria and couldn't figure it out for a while then I tried pulling out the top 'plug' which came out easily and the rail came away to allow the holder to slide off. On mine the riser rail is held in by the top and bottom end stops.
 
Hi, thanks for your reply, are the end caps the same diameter as the rail itself with just a thin line distinguishing where the rail and caps join?
 
On mine they are the same diameter but you can clearly see they are end caps, thin line where they push into the riser rail.
