Had new continental vanco tyres on the van a couple of weeks ago.
Took the rims to garage and had the tyres fitted, got them home and put them back on
Asked for 65lb pressure and getting the van ready today thought i would check the pressure
to see if they had lost any.
They are up at 75lb!!!!!! Clearly states on tyre PSI 65lb!!!!!
Will there be any damage as they are over inflated?

When do you re-torque the bolts, aluminium at 115lbs have read two differant bits of advice
a) After 24 hours
b) After 10 miles
Havent used them yet on the road.

Kev
My tyres run at 63psi & the tyrepal shows them go right up to 75psi when towing & they get hot.
I only noticed this when i first used the tyrepal system, I got in touch with Dunlop & was told that that was normal.
When we just went up to Scotland you can see the pressure altering due to driving conditions, Oh! & the weather conditions alter the tyre pressures.

Don't think there will be any damage...

As to re-torquing your Nuts

I thought 30 miles or half an hour rings a bell.....
But if you want to check them after 10 miles that could be half an hour

Hi Kev,
The pressure rating on a tyre is the static pressure, and it will include a considerable marging to cope with a tyre is driven over a bump or put hole which will cause the pressure to spike at a much higher pressrue.
