Hi all.
Having used our van this weekend and it is a new van this year. I woke this morning to find condensation in 2 corners of the window but In between the panels.
I took one of the plastic bungs out to allow it to dry out.
My question is this normal or is it a failed unit which can be replaced under warrenty?
As always thank you for your help and advice

Neil.

Condensation between the window panes is normal and with the relatively quick drop in overnight temerature last night, not unexpected.
Caravan windows are not sealed double glazing like domestic units are, the material they are made of is porous.
Normally the condensation will go on its own as the window warms.

I have never removed bungs , it has always sorted itself out without intervention.

If it has now cleared completely and bungs are replaced ,hopefully it will be ok.But if you get it again leave bungs in and get it replaced under warranty as windows are not cheap.

It is highly likely that it will happen again , most usual time is high humidity conditions, like early spring, autumn, summer if very humid or wet, it is NORMAL, it is not a warranty claim.
It only becomes a problem if you get pooling of water between the inner and outer as that may indicate a crack or seperating of the two panels
