Hi,
Went to Cheesewring Farm CL last year - has the facilities you are after and backs onto Bodmin Moor so ideal if you want dog walking - Only possible drawback is it is very isolated (suited us however) - pitches are on a steepish slope but the owner has plenty of blocks on hand.

Check out the River Valley London Apprentice prices for the first three weeks of May. Don't forget they have a beautiful indoor swimming pool and excellent showers etc and quite large pitches which you'll need with your double jumbo awning and
extensions

You can walk or ride your bike anywhere

. OK St Austell, Pentewen Sands , Mevagissey Polgooth.
If you want to leave your own bikes at home both the site and a shop down the road hire out bikes.
