Correct tyer pressures

Hi there,

Can someone help me, I have a Freelander and I would very much like to know the correct tyer pressure for the rear tyers and the correct ball weight when towing a Bailey Pageant Bordeaux.

On hand no.

Surely this critical safety information is in your Freelander handbook? It will also depend on what type and make of tyres you have. If you are really stuck I'd have a word with LR and the tyre manufacturer.

David, the info on tyre pressure is somewhere in the handbook, I can't remember it off hand but will look for it when I get home.

Re "ball weight" ? I'm guessing you're referring to maximum nose weight, if so the maximum allowed on the Freelander is 150kg, but the alko chassis on the Bailey is limited to 100kg so that's the one you'll need to stick to.

Most car manufacturers place a label somewhere in a door jam or glove box with tyre pressures - it may be

Please remember that if you set your Tyre pressures during a cold spell in winter the tyre pressure will go up as we get to summer so remember to check them again as the weather gets better. It can make 3-4 PSI difference.

the hand book say when towing all freelanders are 2.1(30)ibf/in2
