We have found our caravan blown air systems gave an uncomfortably "dry air feeling" affecting our breathing and hence comfort. This to us is an important point not raised in the comparison above, but one I believe needs comment. I know this issue has not been unique to the two of us and has been one reason for our preference for a wet system.
Not that blown air heating dryness is isolated to caravan systems, I have had the same issue in one of my work places that used a ducted air heating ventilation system and where latterly humidifiers were added.
