We also have a 2005 Bailey Ranger 500/5 with very similar problems. In June this year it went in for its first servive and damp was found in various areas, and cracks in both the front and rear panels where they join the roof. Both panels have been replaced under warranty along with a section of the floor and part of the side panel around where the toilet cassette slots in. The van was returned to Baileys for repair and was with them for a fortnight. When carrying out the repair we were told it would be returned 'as good as new' which is a bit of a worry considering it was new when it leaked in the first place. I believe that they close down for two weeks in August which may explain the delay for you. You may want to try to contact maria@bailey-caravans.co.uk (Maria Sweet) who was very helpful when we were chasing the repairs to our van as it was only returned to Baileys 4 weeks before we were due to go to France for a fortnight.
