Cracked pipes

What type of pipe is it: water or drain? Do you wanna temporary get you home fix or something better? If it is a low pressure smooth sided pipe you could try Fernox leak compound smeared onto a strip of glass fibre, or one of the self amalgamating tapes used to effect temporary repairs on car hoses etc. But without knowing what type of pipe it is, it is difficult to advise. But without doubt the best solution is to replace the defective pipework.

I think the only long term solution is to replace them. If you are using the caravan, then a temporary fix should get you home, but I would not rely on it long term.

It would be interesting to know just what pipes are involved. If the OP is 'going home', then no need for a temp fix. Also, if its been in use, i cant think how the pipes would crack with internal heat. My money is on finding them after a lay up. Hopefully the OP will come back.
