Cris number on a Swift Challenger

I've just bought a new (to me) Swift Challenger. The seller didn't know the year it was made, but I estimated it at about 1994. Once bought I looked on the interenet and discovered that the Cris codes for year of manufacturer were N=92, P=93, R=94, etc.

I looked at my van's Cris letter after the SW and it's 'Q'.

Anybody help with what year the Q represents?

Q means either pre 1991 and registered with cris by the previous owner OR re registered because original identity and age are unknown , eg stolen ,marks removed and then recovered.
